Shipping Policy

1. Free Shipping for all TEAs anywhere in India for orders above Rs 399.
2. We do not provide COD Facility as the facility had been misused by many people. Moreover, we want to keep the cost to the lowest. You can pay using Credit or Debit Cards, PAYTM, GPAY, PHONE PE, and various other wallets.
3. You can order our TEA from Amazon, Snapdeal, and Flipkart if you wish to opt for COD.
4. The Service has a delivery ETA of 2-10 days from the date of dispatch depending on your location.
5. The products are generally processed and dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of the order being received.
6. For any return or refund related queries, please reach out to us at celebrations@feligos.com
7. Teas need to be Unused and Sealed for them to be returned. However, after opening the packing you find a different Tea is there than what you have ordered, then please mail us for replacements/refunds.
